Scottish Heavy Athletics draw their inspiration from the Highland warriors, who transformed everyday implements into tools of strength and resilience during their training between battles. Using hammers, cabers (tree trunks), agricultural weights, and stones, these warriors forged not only their bodies but also their spirits.
